less cost. Our in-house staff of lawyers and paralegals provide
much of the legal work necessary to service your loans at no
additional cost to you. For example, we draft lien releases,
purchase and sale agreements, loan modification agreements,
forbearance agreements, settlement agreements, deeds-in-lieu
of foreclosure and similar documents in-house to keep your costs
at a minimum. When outside counsel is required, we have relationships
with AV rated law firms across the country to provide the services
